About

Megan Habina is a fitness coach, entrepreneur, and U.S. Army National Guard veteran dedicated to helping women in first responder, military, and healthcare roles achieve their health and performance goals through Valkyrie Fitness & Nutrition. Raised in Vineland, New Jersey, Megan learned the value of grit and leadership early on—working at her grandmother’s restaurant, Johnnie’s in Mays Landing, and serving as prom queen at Sacred Heart High School in 2010. Her path led her into public service, first as a Class I and Class II Officer with the Vineland Police Department and later as a member of the Army National Guard & Honor Guard. After completing multiple academies and earning a Top Gun and Leadership Award, Megan began channeling her training expertise into helping others prepare for physical and mental challenges. She founded Valkyrie Fitness & Nutrition to provide custom fitness plans, mindset training, and nutritional support for women who serve their communities daily. Armed with degrees from Cumberland County College and Southern New Hampshire University (B.S. in Criminal Justice), Megan brings both tactical insight and academic understanding to her coaching. Her philosophy is simple: progress comes from perseverance, not perfection. Outside of work, Megan lives life to the fullest—traveling the country with her wife, snowboarding, lifting, and mentoring women who want to take control of their health. Her message is one of empowerment, resilience, and relentless growth.
